Happy New Year !

Welcome to 2009 and a very Happy and Prosperous New Year wish to all the readers of the Your Mortgage Matters Blog.

We saw our share of bad news and trouble in 2008 (for some it started in 2007) so lets do our best to put that behind us and look forwards instead of backwards as we meet the new challenges and opportunities that 2009 will bring.

Our New Year's Resolutions:

1) Continue to present the bright side of the story even when the national media refuses to do so. Maintain a common sense approach to show an even representation of both good news and bad news on whatever the topic may be.

2) Offer a variety of home owner and mortgage related information in an unbiased presentation.

3) Connect you with industry professionals offering discounted services and information to help you in your decision making process ... whether its a mortgage financing question or advice on making your home a little more green by reducing your carbon footprint, that's what we're on the lookout for in the new year.

4) USE THE TREADMILL ! OK, well that's a personal one I had to throw in there.

All the very best to you and your loved ones. Don't forget to visit our family of links listed on the right hand side of the blog page and see what they have to offer. Convenience, savings and choices are there for the taking ... why not take advantage of it ?
